First patch post-game jam!

• Fixed a bug where the volume slider would not save your volume.
• Fixed jump sound effect playing everytime you clicked the spacebar
• Fixed a bug where some levels' walls would not allow you to perform certain jumps
• Adjusted Ceiling and Floor "dead" zones
• Spikes no longer kill you on level 15 when you did not touch them
• Fixed credits animation
